Don't meet them at the property - First time buyers often think you find a house that you like and then just magically get a loan. We know that isn't true, so don't meet them at the property otherwise you will end up showing too many homes!
Education is essential - The first time buyer needs to be educated on the process because they don't know what to expect. Take time to meet with them and explain to them what they will encounter in the process of buying a home (and you will show them how you help them avoid the problems).
It's easier than you think to hit all three of these bullet points in each and every conversation. More importantly if you tackle these items on the very first phone call you will be able to book appointments each and every day.
